10th April 2012
Windsurfing: Felixstowe Fludyers
Wind Direction: SW
Wind Stength: up and down
Surf / Sea State: quite small chop
Air Temperature: 12
Sea Temperature: 7.8
Weather: Sun
Max Speed: 22.3 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 13.3 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Gauge said 12-13 knots and looked a little windier out so tried 7.3m just about planing out and not much coming in. Up to 8.5m which was OK but wind up and down as it overall decreased. Sea was very nice small chop. First time sailing JP 118: sailed very flat and bit sinky in the nose though not as much as iSOnic. Turned OK, and need to practice more, standing further back. With 8.5m when wind picked up railed a bit when broad. Overall pleased, interesting to see how it will cope with big chop.
Sea warmed up, no need for hat and gloves. Hot in winter suit.
Pete came out on Bullit adn 7.1m, but wind was dropping more and wished he had come out earlier. Just about 3*.
